Return and Refund Policy

Our products are made to order. Except where required by applicable law or for damaged, defective or incorrect items, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or size, color or design exchanges. Please check the product details, options, personalization and delivery address carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and email magicmestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. If production has not begun, we will do our best to help. Once production has started, cancellations or changes are usually not possible, subject to applicable law.

Personalized products

For products with artwork approval, we send an email proof and begin production after your approval. Please check spelling, names, dates, photos and placement carefully. Ready-designed products do not require a proof.

European Union withdrawal rights

Where applicable, EU customers may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within 14 days after that notice. The exception for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized applies only where permitted by law; a standard design is not excluded solely because it is printed after ordering.

For an eligible withdrawal, you bear the direct return shipping cost unless otherwise required by law. We refund the purchase and standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Please email us for the appropriate return address before sending goods back. Do not return items to a production partner without instructions.
