START WITH A FAVORITE PHOTO
A clear photo makes all the difference.
Light & focus
Use a sharp original photo in natural light. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, dark shadows and motion blur.
One lovely face
Choose one pet, with the whole face and ears visible. A photo at your pet’s eye level works well.
Upload on the product page
Use JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. You’ll see the selected photo before adding the gift to your bag. For upload issues, contact us before ordering.

We prepare the pet portrait and send a digital proof to your checkout email. AI-assisted editing may be used to prepare the artwork. Check the likeness, spelling, crop and layout before you approve.
- One pet and a name of up to 20 characters per item.
- One round of name, crop or layout adjustments is included.
- A new pet, replacement photo or new design direction may need a new quote before we proceed.
- Production starts only after approval; without approval, the personalized order remains on hold.
The pets and names pictured in the pet photo collection are AI-generated examples. They are not customer portraits or reviews. Lifestyle props and decorative gift wrapping are not included.

All physical products are made to order through our Printify production partners. For personalized gifts, artwork preparation and approval happen before production and shipping. Rates and supported destinations are shown at checkout; different products may ship separately.
We do not promise a fixed arrival date. If you have an occasion or deadline in mind, contact us before ordering so we can discuss the options.
Looking for your order?
Open the order-status link in your Shopify order confirmation email. Tracking appears there when shipping information is available. For artwork changes, reply to your proof email. If you can’t find the email, contact us with your order number and checkout email.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. Once production begins, changes may no longer be possible. For damage, defects or an item that differs from the approved design, include your order number and a description when you contact us; we’ll advise on the next step.

Are these photos of customer orders?
The pet photo collection uses AI-generated example pets and names to show the design. Your personalized order uses your own supplied photo. Lifestyle scenes are illustrative; props are not included.
