How your custom order works

2. Enter your pet’s name and upload one clear, original pet photo on this product page before adding the gift to your bag. We will contact you at your checkout email if we need a clearer photo or more information.
3. We prepare your personalized artwork and email a digital proof. One round of name, crop or layout adjustments is included.
4. Production begins only after you approve the proof. No approval means the order remains on hold.

Personalization details

• One pet per item. Name: up to 20 characters.
• Use a sharp, well-lit photo showing the complete face and ears. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and motion blur.
• AI-assisted editing may be used to prepare your portrait; the digital proof lets you check the likeness before printing.
• The pets and names shown are AI-generated examples, not customer portraits or reviews. Your order uses your own supplied photo.
• Lifestyle scenes and information cards are illustrative. Styling props and decorative gift wrapping are not included. Product specifications are listed below.
• Proof approval covers the final crop, likeness, name and layout. A new pet/photo or a different design direction may require a new quote before proceeding.
